Kids and teens are a very important part of our life as a community of faith.
We want to teach them not just about ‘coming to church’ but about ‘being the Church’. We know that they will be the ones to pass the gospel message on to their own children and grandchildren, and to people whose lives intersect theirs, so we want to do our very best to teach them well.
Sunday school
We offer a program for children ages 3 to 12 both at our contemporary 9 am worship services (during the school year), and at our 10 am summer services.
When arriving at church, parents may take their young children to the Nursery/Sunday School space. They return to the service in time to share Communion.
Quiet Play Area
At the back of the church on the right hand side is a Quiet Play Area equipped with colouring supplies, simple toys, and a change table. This area is for parents who would prefer to keep their babies or toddlers with them on Sundays but would still like to be a part of the worship service.
Youth Group
Youth Group (grade 7 and up)
Meet once a month to build community with each other through activities and acts of service.
On Sundays
We have a class especially for those in Gr 4 to Gr 8. Check it out!
Family Friendly Services
Throughout the year, we have special events geared for supporting families. Grandparents, aunts and uncles are welcome too!
